I walked in and was greated by each and every employee that I came in contact with. The store was organized and clean.The item I was looking for was easily found.I appreciate the effort and great customer service that. the Home Depot in Gonzales gives. Thanks to them all.They can be a example to other retailers on how to make the customer comfortable when shopping in there store.
I went into Home Depot wanting to walk out with a purchase of a new microwave. I had an associate ask me what I was looking for and then pointed to the area where the microwaves were located. She then moved on and left me to not find what I wanted, so I left with a plan to try Best Buy next. I'll keep you posted.
They were very helpful in getting the details that I need to know about what I was going to do with a window unit to put in and they were very very helpful
Often I've visited this store with little to no help from employees. I've walked in and stood at the desks with several employees standing around laughing and/or talking, look at me, and then go back to talking and/or laughing again. No greeting, no acknowledgment whatsoever, not offering to find someone to help, or at least stop talking in front of the customer! When they finally sashay over to you, they give you the wrong information sending you on a wild goose chase! Idk who management is, but I've worked in sales, and I know this is not how this store is supposed to operate. I try to stay out of this store as much as possible.
Not pet friendly even though they are listed as such ... but Lowe's is happy to welcome my 4lb. Yorkie.
