There's always hardworking individuals that are willing to assist you and give u the best answer possible.. Store is extremely neat and always have a good stock up even on sale items..

BECAUSE THE STORE DID NOT HAVE ADVERTISED DISH WASHER, I HAD TO PAY ADDTIONAL $200. WHY THE RUSH? We needed dishwasher to sanitize dishes as there was a virus making us sick. Spent week in hospital, got off work Friday only to be told " we dont have that dishwasher "
My girlfriend and I went into Lowe’s in Gonzales this afternoon, and a very helpful employee named Chelsey took care of us in the plumbing department. We brought in a broken piece of pipe and she knew exactly the size and piece we needed. Also, she told us how to connect the pipe for when we got home.
There is a girl named Sami who has helped my husband a great deal. I believe she works in the pro desk. Every time he needs something he contacts her and she goes out of her way to help him. I really appreciate all of her hard work.
Did not have the dishwasher advertised. Also the dishwasher was not in any store in the United States. ONE associate was helpful , but the other associates looked annoyed or ignored when i asked for help.
Finally gave up on this store. Hated to do it because it is closest to me. Service is TERRIBLE! Good luck getting through on the phone, getting help in one of the departments and if you do an online order to pick up at the store give them half a day to fill it. Cut up the Lowes card last night and canceled the account - 5% discount is not nearly enough for the amount of frustration. Too many options with Amazon Prime, Home Depot, Sears, etc. to have to deal with such poor service. Saddest part is that the managers don't even seem to care.
