My experience was unfortunate and disappointing. I ordered an arrangement after one of my staff members died unexpectedly. While the person explained they may not be able to make the cross, they assured me that everything else would be the same. They promised to text me a photo of the finished product and email a receipt. There is a big difference in flower choice between the one I paid for and the one that was delivered to the funeral home. I did not receive any photo by text or an emailed receipt. The main focus was the lilies -- I received carnations. In this instance -- they missed the mark.
