Stopped in on a whim. They were all incredibly sweet. Made a beautiful arrangement for my wife. And went out of their way to get it for me while I waited. Great service. I really appreciate them making me feel special
A few months ago, I ordered arrangements for a wake/funeral and even ordered in person so I could be specific about what flowers I wanted. My dear friend did not receive the arrangement and when I spoke with Ratcliff's, they said it was an oversight and sent it late. Although I was upset, I understand that those things do happen. Last week, the same thing happened to me again. I ordered an arrangement for my Uncle's funeral with specific flowers and I didn't see it at the wake even though I was assured that it would be there. When I called to question them about it, I was told that it was sent, but it wasn't and they would not give me a credit or resend. After venting to some friends, I was told that with funerals where they know there will be lots of arrangements, they don't fill all orders because most of the time nobody notices. So disappointed...
I used Ratcliff's florist for my wedding ceremony and reception flower arrangements and bouquets. Ms. Darlene and her entire staff treated me like family from day one; every time I called she was helpful and eager to assist with any questions I had. The day of my wedding she personally delivered my arrangements and flowers; when I got there they were absolutely perfect: simple and elegant just as I had requested. Ratcliff's provides beautiful flowers for an amazing price, and with a smile on their face!

We were lied to about the product and about the delivery in trying to send an arrangement for a funeral. We got ripped off. I wish there was a Zero star choice.
