Please read ALL of the fine print when you purchase a membership. I went into the establishment to physically put in writing that I wanted to cancel my 2 yr membership (after my 2yrs was up in July) and still got charged for 2 months after. One lady told me that because I went in after the 1st of the month (August) to cancel that I would be charged for the following month (September). October comes around and I got charged AGAIN. I called Planet Beach for a week and left messages for a manager to contact me. No one ever contacted me. I finally got a hold of a manager and she tells me that they continue to charge you 60 days after you cancel your membership. Not to mention the reason I canceled was because i'm in the military and relocated. I will not refer this place to anyone.
