The service is horrible! It takes forever no matter what time of the day you go, they have rude employees and managers, and I never receive my full order. I always have to check and let them know. One time I ordered three meals and they gave me three different bags with just fries in each one.

We are movong its 3 in the morning and nothing else is open even though the store lobby was closed they recongized we needed their facilities and they were just awesome and let us in just to potty and food and service as fanstatic for 3 a.m.
First time eating at this one and they were nice and friendly. Helped explain the food choices
I just went through the driveway with my brother. All I managed to say before was "I'd like an All American Rib eye burger-oh and I have two separate orders" when Laqueta (the manager and person who took my order) yelled "COME ON MA'AM!" Never have I ever had someone so rude to me and try to rush me when I wasn't even taking long! I used to work in a fast food chain so I know my fair share of customers who take their sweet time. But I NEVER rushed them. I wasn't taking long and she was incredibly rude to me. AND SHE WAS THE MANAGER??? I finished my order and got to the window, confirmed with her that she was the one who took my order, asked for a manager, learned that she was it... She apologized but I WILL be calling superiors tomorrow and tell them of this experience. Incredible.
