Brought my pup here and they took great care of him. Did his nails, washed him and cleaned his teeth. Very happy with this place. Will be going again.
We have been bringing our Pekes here for years. You do have to make sure you communicate clearly what you want and have it repeated back to you on the correct card or it will end up in a hair mishap. Other than that, it has been a good experience with a friendly staff. Glad the salon is staying open since the pet store is closing.
I bring my dogs here regularly for grooming and they always do a great job
We find the service is not as good as in the past. Seems to be run by young people that don't care about the customer or service or the business for that matter....sad... we do like the groomer whom we always asked for....but the bad desk service has us not going back....they have now lost us as a customer
Avoid this place. The staff is unfriendly and downright rude. The store is cramped, dirty and has a weird stale smell. When we picked our dogs up from a couple days boarding one was SOAKING wet... not with water but with URINE. They were also kind enough to give us one of the blankets which was also soaked with URINE. Did I mention that the staff of this place were unfriendly and rude? Once again, there are much better options for a pet store and kennel than this place. You've been warned!
