Terrible attitudes and customer service.
David and his staff are FANTASTIC!!!!! They are always helpful and there for you no matter what...We lost our home in a hurricane and David and his staff was on it the next day!!!! Couldnt have asked for a better agency. Always the best rates and the most friendliest agents around...THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY BECOMING YOUR AGENCY!
I switched about 2-3 years ago. I have my house, and a my jeep insured through here. At a concert last year I lost my debit card , that was attached to this account. I have had nothing but problems ever since then. They were more than happy to pick up the phone and call me several times to try to sell me more insurance ( which I purchased ) but couldn't pick up the phone to tell me that the person I gave my new card information to , never entered the information. I had to call them because I hadn't seen a payment posted in a while. After doing some research, they said I indeed did have a lapse on this policy. Now I have to pay some sort of a fine from DMV. I absolutely hate calling this office and I am trying to find out now how I can switch to another agent,
