Erica who was working on August 20th did my hair style. I spoke to her 2 days earlier and she told me that the price she would charge me is 19 for hair cut and 27 for flat iron. She specifically mentioned that she would not charge me for hair length but if I go to any of her colleagues they would. However, today she charged me $15 extra for the hair length and insisted that prices displayed to customers for the flat iron are incorrect. Flat iron should be 32 instead. So the promised price was about $47 and I was charged $67. Manager said she can not do anything. Staff here over commit and under deliver. Also they would lie to get you in and then charge you more. Stay away!!!!
The woman that cut my old man's hair don't know how to cut a straight line! I will never go there for another hair cut!!!! She needs to go back to cosmetology school! And learn this time!
