I wanted to get into a routine of doing something active a couple times a week and one of my friends mentioned I love kickboxing. We started doing it together and love it! The staff is energetic and helps you out a lot. It kicks my butt, but I feel so much better at the end of class. I would highly recommend I love kickboxing to anyone considering joining.
