This store was inviting, compared to other furniture stores around town with salespersons greetings you at the front door. My salesperson was Mrs. CC (ask for her, she's awesome). She's exceptionally knowledgeable of the wide selection of furnitures being offered and helped me narrow down "my style" of furniture. Overall, I would recommend anyone looking for quality furniture at a fair price to check out this furniture store.
One of my recliners arrived with a hole in the arm and I have not heard anything from anyone at Ashley as of yet, about replacing it. It’s been a week! No calls, no emails, nothing. Other than that, I love my furniture.
I visited Ashley Furniture in Gonzales and I had an awesome experience with Ms. Judy. She is so kind and patient. I believe she was meant to be where she was for my family to assist in furnishing our new home.
Bottom line: I bought the sofa that I liked. I am waiting on it to come in so I can pick it up! Cindy is polite. This store should consider training employees on customer relations. Just say hello, hi, nod, wave or smile and acknowledge a customer!
As the first time mattress buyer that I was Ashely HomeStore sure did make it easy as possible. Many selections and mattresses within my price range. Thank you to Ms. Judy for everything you have done for me and all your help I really appreciate it, and sure will be coming back for future purchases for other things. Definitely room for improvement in friendliness of some of the staff. I have no idea who the two men were closest to the entrance but they did not even stop to speak. I was however greeted by Cindy as I moved further into the store. I told her I was gonna take a look around for a sofa. I looked for the sofa I saw online and had called in about and there was no floor model.
As I walked throughout the store I passed many store personnel that did not greet me. No smiles no hellos nothing. When I couldn’t find the sofa the finance desk called Cindy who met me in the back. There was not a display in the store so I showed Cindy the photograph of the shayla sofa chaise and she then asked me to follow her. I asked about the 20% and 24 months no interest that was on the website. She informed me that they only had 12 months no interest and that I could not get 20% because of the online price match.
