It is difficult to understand this business. But in Louisiana a Daiquri drive-thru is big business as viewed from our hotel. People will wait in line for cocktails in their cars.

Worst bartending staff I ever encountered. 10 people in the bar maybe with 2 bartenders and I still waited 15 mins for my first drink and for the next. They were to busy talking to what seemed to be friends. Ive worked and managed in the bar industry and this experiance was horrible. Left after 3 beers.
